All Camp & Survival Tools are made from German 420HC ( high carbon ) steel . They are heat treated and annealed to approximately53 Rc ....every edge is hand finished and polished to a razor sharpness.

The Mountain Knife can be purchased in either UltraBlaC2 finish, or Blasted Satin.  UltaBlaC2 Finish is a black oxcide finish for greater metal protection and to provide a more subdued Para Military like look.
